We curate an unforgettable celebration reflective of your unique love story for medium to large scale budgets starting at $30K and 6 months advance planning. Our bespoke offerings convene elegant affairs matched with a the logistical roadmap reflective of the highest industry standards. On occasion, we consider shorter term projects with only 3 month lead time - billed accordingly- intended to support the complexity of planning and executing high level deliverables for the newlyweds, their families and guests.

Corporate and Institutional

Min $50,000 Budget

1 year to 6 month lead time

With over 22 years of corporate and professional business conference expertise, product launches, and team-building events, we excel at supporting companies of any size in meeting their training and retreat objectives. Our team adapts to a client's needs through setting realistic and measurable goals, managing budgets, selecting venues, coordinating vendors, comprehensive logistics, promoting events and overseeing real time execution and post event analysis. Our goal remains to deliver on the highest level of satisfaction and success so that your organizational goals align with providing a positive experience for all planners and attendees.

We require a no less than 6 month lead time in planning and executing retreat from initiation to post event evaluation. On exceptional occasions, we offer our expertise to developing projects needing additional support two weeks prior to conference start date.

Our bespoke experiences help choose a venue that aligns with your theme, incorporates local touches and unique trademarks reflective of the occasion and curate memorable entertainment for a lasting impression for the principals and guests.

Please understand that any less lead time than suggested is situational and billed accordingly as we remain committed to the highest level of service in support of a memorable experience.
