Noemi Coltea Bruce, Ph.D
With a leading 20 years of experience in public, private and non-profit sectors, Noemi is the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer for Teton Titans (an MDS on Demand company), a Teton Valley, ID consulting and project management firm. She combines her strong analytic background in organizational theory, organizational behavior, public administration and economics to inspire results driven solutions for the organization’s clients and the communities served.
Her collaborative perspective and energy was developed while managing multiple multinational luxury brands as well as her contribution in service to community organizations as the 77th President of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, Statewide Chair of Leadership Florida Connect, Leadership Palm Beach County, Impact The Palm Beaches and board member of Sunfest, a premier music festival hosted each year in West Palm Beach, FL. She is a proud graduate of Harriet Wilkes Honors College at Florida Atlantic University, where she was recognized with the prestigious Distinguished Alumni Award (2017).
Dr. Coltea is the winner of the coveted Athena Young Professional Award (2019) presented by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and the Rising Young Professional Award awarded by Florida Trend Magazine (2009). Her philanthropic efforts were recognized by the Girl Scouts of South East Florida with the Young Philanthropist Award (2018), an honor recognizing, among other things, the significant contribution made in support of young women and mentorship.
Noemi was born and raised in Transylvania, Romania and currently resides in Victor, ID. She enjoys cooking, playing the piano and is an avid hiker, traveler and adventurer, with a keen interest in exploring sites and beauties of our National Parks. She and her husband Derek remain active in communities across Central, Treasure and Gold Coasts of Florida.
